Information about returns

Orders can be returned within our 14-day cancellation right. A return label appears, in which you simply enter your address, then you can print it out and stick it on the package. The "order number" is not required and does not have to be entered.

You must enter the return shipment slip and place it in the package. The costs for returning the goods amount to € 3.95 and are deducted from the purchase price. If this link is not used, the return costs are much higher and we cannot refund these costs. Once the return shipment has been received and processed, it will be confirmed to you by e-mail. After receiving this e-mail you will receive the purchase price within 14 days in the same way as with your order.

Please note: returns can only be accepted if the original tags are present and the items are in their original condition.
